Kevin McMillan is a sociologist who has specialized in marketing, design, and customer experience for almost 25 years.

During his career, Kevin has worked with a wide variety of individuals and businesses including restaurant owners, writers, photographers, doctors, universities, banks, speakers, retail stores, foundations, and more.

In 2004, he moved to a small town in South Georgia to encourage and empower local businesses to be amazing. Today, the historic downtown thrives and several of the business owners he worked with have been able to sell their business for a profit or explore franchising options.
