Kevin McMillan came to work with us at Man in the Mirror in the year of 2000 when he began his graduate studies at the Reformed Theological Seminary. I was so excited because my son, who is a ruthlessly fair judge of talent and character, had already told me that Kevin had a big impact on him and was head and shoulders above the rest.
Since then, he has served in various roles both on staff and working independently. I have been privileged to work with him on several projects for Man in the Mirror and me personally. He is efficient and effective.
In the past 10 years, Kevin has designed over a thousand promotional and educational pieces for Man in the Mirror including logos, magazine ads, stationary, websites, marketing emails, mail-outs, brochures, and product packaging. In addition, we have sought his expertise at times in branding development and campaign marketing.
I believe that his knowledge and ability in marketing and design as well as his experience in ministry would be a great asset to your organization, specifically in relation to your communication, fund-raising, and public relations. He has always handled his work with integrity and sought to achieve the highest quality and results. I would recommend him without any reservation.
In fact, I’m a little jealous that you have this opportunity instead of us.

It is my pleasure to recommend Kevin McMillan to you. I have been acquainted with Kevin for several years, and I know him to be a person of integrity. Not only is he honest and morally upright, but as a fully-devoted follower of Christ, he strives to integrate his faith and his convictions into every aspect of his life. This includes his professional services. It is refreshing to deal with a person who is unpretentious and unselfish. When I work with Kevin, I always feel that he puts my interests ahead of his own.
Kevin is a person of insight. On the many occasions when I have talked with Kevin about an idea or opportunity, I have been most impressed by his knack for asking the right questions at the right time. His insights have often proven to be immensely helpful.
Kevin is a person of imagination. The church I serve has benefited from his imagination and creativity at every stage of ministry development: seeking clarity, brainstorming, strategizing, and developing communication tools. Kevin is an asset from concept to finished product.
I urge you to give Kevin McMillan every possible consideration. He is a rare find: a visionary with an eye for detail.
